At Bedding Industrial Begudà SL, our production process begins spinning the yarn to produce natural fabrics, which are then sent to our dyeing and finishing departments. Next, the fabrics move to our lamination area, where the latest generation of waterproof and breathable polyurethane membranes are applied. These laminated fabrics are then cut, sewn into final products, and packaged for worldwide distribution. We take pride in being the only group in Europe with a fully vertical manufacturing process - from fiber to finished product following strict environmental and social standards as well as full traceability.

We place great emphasis on carefully selecting raw materials, as these choices directly influence both sleep quality and environmental impact.

Our bedding products are conceived and crafted in-house, in our facility, located approximately 160 kilometers northeast of Barcelona.
